One mechanic, one service truck
A heavy duty mechanic based in Falkland, working from one service truck. Work is done at the machine. Excavators, loaders, dozers, tractors and service trucks are worked on where they sit, on job sites, farms, logging roads and yards. The person who takes the call does the work, and findings are explained before anything further is done.

Equipment
Excavators, mini-excavators, skid steers and track loaders, wheel loaders, dozers, tractors and farm equipment, service and dump trucks. Coverage is Vernon, Salmon Arm, Armstrong, Enderby, Falkland, Lumby, Chase and Kamloops. A longer drive is stated first.
One person
Some days a job is underway and the phone cannot be answered. A message or the form, with the machine and the location, is returned.
